Senior Agency Manager

You will be responsible for managing the Agency channel in Muzaffarpur Location. As a Senior Agency Manager or Agency Manager, your primary role will be to lead and oversee the team of agents to achieve sales targets and business goals. You will be required to recruit, train, and motivate agents to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of agents and provide guidance and support to help them meet their targets. - Recruit new agents and ensure they are onboarded and trained effectively. - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in the Agency channel. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
