Aviation Indeed, a leading aviation recruitment agency, seeks a highly skilled and motivated Senior Aerospace Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. As a subcontractor working closely with India Office, you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for and its esteemed clients. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in aerospace recruitment, a deep understanding of the aviation industry, and a proven track record of successful candidate placements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with India Office to understand their recruitment needs and objectives, aligning your efforts with the company's strategic goals.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various aerospace positions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize multiple platforms, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS, to identify potential candidates and build a strong pipeline of aerospace professionals.
- Employ recruitment techniques such as job postings, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a high-quality selection process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their recruitment needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide regular updates on candidate progress, feedback, and recruitment metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging recruitment practices within the aerospace sector.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Aviation Indeed and promoting a positive image and reputation in aerospace recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace recruitment, with a strong background in customer-side recruitment for clients being a distinct advantage.
- Proven expertise in utilizing Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS for sourcing and candidate management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Deep understanding of aerospace industry dynamics, including key players, market trends, and technical aspects of aerospace roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- The results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, software, and databases.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
Additional Information
- This position is based in Bangalore and requires regular interaction with India Office.
- The Senior Aerospace Recruiter will be contracted under Aviation Indeed and work as a subcontractor for India Office.
- Travel may be required occasionally to attend industry events, job fairs, and client meetings.
