Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a

  functional lead

  connecting marketing stakeholders, product owners, and technical MarTech engineering teams.
• Translate marketing strategies and business requirements into functional specifications for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
  
• Design and optimize

  customer journeys

  , including segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration across channels.
• Drive

  campaign planning, execution, experimentation, and optimization

  using data-driven insights.
• Work hands-on with

  Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

  including schemas, profiles, and segmentation.
• Leverage

  Real-Time CDP

  for audience creation, management, and activation.
• Configure and guide usage of

  Adobe Target

  for personalization, audience logic, and experimentation.
• Define reporting and measurement frameworks using

  Adobe Analytics

  , including KPIs, metrics, and segmentation.
• Design journeys and business logic using

  Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

  including triggers and orchestration flows.
• Provide functional guidance on

  Launch/Tags

  for tagging strategies and data collection design.
• Ensure alignment with data governance, consent management, and privacy standards.
  
• Support UAT, stakeholder training, and post-go-live optimization.
