Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  5 years

  of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales
• Prior experience in the

  education or edtech sector

  preferred
• Strong team-handling and target-achievement skills
• Excellent communication and student counselling ability
• Willingness to work with

  monthly admission targets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor the

  telecalling and marketing team

• Drive student admissions through follow-ups, counselling sessions & campus visits
• Ensure achievement of

  daily/weekly/monthly

  admission targets
• Represent the organisation at

  seminars, school visits, education fairs, & promotional events
