This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the production needs of our faculty, students, and external projects, while also managing various media initiatives to promote our programs and events. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Production & Media executive will support the department in handling the equipment, managing equipment hire register, taking responsibility of the equipment which are under his maintenance and keeping the Cine, Photography, Sound equipment & accessories in good condition. · Coordinate and support the production needs of faculty, students, and external clients for film projects, including pre-production planning, equipment reservations, and post-production assistance. ·Support manager in managing the film school's media assets, including video archives, promotional materials, and digital content, ensuring organization, accessibility, and proper usage rights. · Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, facilities, and software tools to ensure functionality, safety, and accessibility for students and faculty. · Assist in coordinating film screenings, workshops, and other events hosted by the film school, including logistical support, promotional materials, and technical setup. · Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for quotations on the purchase of production equipment and supplies, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards are met. · Has to work and follow the guidelines mentioned in the P&M policy.
