Job Description

As a Senior Admission Counselor at TIDA Sports, you will play a crucial role in guiding parents and students through the admissions journey, building relationships, and ultimately driving conversions through trust and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment. - Conducting impactful counseling sessions and ensuring a high volume of daily calls. - Maintaining timely follow-ups through various channels such as calls, emails, and meetings. - Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to streamline admissions workflows. - Monitoring conversion metrics and providing regular performance reports. - Upholding the core values of TIDA Sports which include integrity, inspiration, and impact. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 2 years of experience in Admissions, EdTech, Counseling, or Sales leadership. - Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - A data-driven approach with preference for CRM experience. - A passion for both education and sports.
