Senior Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  lead conversion

  through high-quality telephonic/video counselling, emails, and live chat.
• Understand candidates’ backgrounds, career goals, and suggest suitable course tracks.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our program features, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Achieve monthly

  admission and revenue targets

  by efficiently managing the admissions pipeline.
• Guide students through the entire enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: in Business, Marketing, or Technology fields).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in

  admission counselling, inside sales, or B2C EdTech sales

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to

  achieve and exceed sales targets

  in a competitive environment.
• Experience in selling or counselling for

  Data Science, AI, Machine Learning

  , or

  technical certification courses

  is a strong plus.
