Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria, and security.

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities to ensure optimal condition and efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various projects and services.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Overseeing administrative staff and ensuring efficient office operations. They set goals, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Policy Development: Creating and implementing administrative policies and procedures to ensure the organization runs smoothly and complies with regulations.
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing the administrative budget, monitoring expenses, and finding cost-effective solutions.
  • Facilities Management: Ensuring the maintenance and security of office facilities and equipment, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication within the organization and coordinating between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Records Management: Maintaining and organizing important documents, records, and files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Project Management: Leading or participating in various projects to improve administrative processes and support organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, preparing reports, and maintaining records for audits and inspections.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any administrative issues or challenges that arise, ensuring a smooth workflow.
