Senior Accounts Manager

As a Senior Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting processes. Your expertise in financial management, taxation, and compliance, along with strong knowledge of Tally ERP, will be crucial for managing the accounting team, optimizing financial workflows, and providing strategic insights for business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the company's accounting and finance operations. - Ensure accurate financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management. - Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings to ensure compliance with regulations. - Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. - Monitor and improve cost control measures, budgeting, and financial planning. - Conduct periodic internal audits and coordinate with external auditors. - Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls. - Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for business decisions. - Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA preferred but not mandatory). - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting and financial management. - Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced Excel skills. - In-depth knowledge of taxation laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. - Experience in audit handling, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
