SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER- (Preferably CA- Inter level)

1. GST FILING- GSTR1, GSTR3 B ANNUAL RETURN 9,9C, E-invoicing, e-way bill, GST Audit/ assessment, GST Reconciliation with 2B and books.

2. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT- PROPER STOCK MAINTAINING to track the inward and outward movement of goods (Starting from Purchase, overseeing GRN, Arrival report, Blending process of Tea, sales invoicing- having control over inventory), VALUATION OF STOCK AT REGULAR INTERVALS, Prepare Stock Reconciliation Statement, Stock Statement

3. TDS return filing- 24Q , 26 Q, issue of quarterly TDS CERTIFICATES FORM 16 & 16 A

4. Export knowledge with regards to documentation, accounting, 15 CA, 15 CB ...etc

5. Balance Sheet finalization/drafting Knowledge- closing entries checking, Trial Balance monitoring. Knowledge and handle - Statutory Audit / Internal Audit

6. Sound Knowledge about accounting entries and maintain proper books of accounts . MIS REPORT, Excel skills, Controlling Branch account from Head Office- accounting or branch transfer, inter- branch reconciliation.

7. Income Tax Return filings of ITR Forms, knowledge about income tax assessment, Tax Audit form 3CA, 3CD

8. ROC, MCA FILING - knowledge about AOC 4, MGT 7, etc.

9. Other day to day accounting work.
