Job Description

Maintaining all receipts, payments, sales returns and purchase transactions.

We are looking for energetic accounts professional possessing relevant work experience and skill set.

Roles and Responsibilities /Desired Candidate Profile

Should handle day to day activities, maintenance of cash book, bank book etc.

Right candidate should have experience of all accounting activities like billing, taxation, filing

returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books and related activities.

Should have proven knowledge of Bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, with

current standards, laws and regulations.

Admin Related work Accounts Payable Management reimbursements.

Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident

Fund, etc.

Experience booking of Expense Bills, Vendor Payment and Inter Branch reconciliation / Inter-

bank transfers of RTGS and NEFT.

Reconciliation of various accounts (Bank, Cash, Vendors, and Customers).

Cash and cheques deposition with Bank reconciliation, Daily reconciliation and required entries

posting in Navision.

Should be well versed in foreign payment remittance and its compliances.

Should have experience in Monthly closing (Provisions, Exchange Gain/ Loss working && Prepaid

Expense(MIS)
