We are looking for the Senior Accounts Manager to join our team. Interested candidates Please share your CV at hr@glentech.in Role & responsibilities Prepare and review accurate Financial Reports, Including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements. Ensure timely submission of financial reports to Senior Management and Regulatory Authorities. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Manage and reconcile commodity trade accounts, ensuring accurate tracking of transactions and balances. Track and record transactions related to commodity trading, including purchase orders, sales contracts, and shipment invoices. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Manage relationships with suppliers and customers regarding financial transactions, payment terms, and account reconciliations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Several years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within commodity trading or FMCG industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
