Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead end-to-end account management for our IT staffing and services business. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities 1. Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. 2. Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion. 3. End-to-End Management: Oversee all aspects of account management, including sales, delivery, and support. 4. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to drive business growth. Requirements 1. 5+ years of experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role in the IT staffing/services industry. 2. Hardcore selling skills: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. 3. Aggressive approach: Willingness to take calculated risks and push boundaries to achieve sales targets. 4. IT industry knowledge: Familiarity with the IT staffing and services landscape, including market trends and competitors. 5. Strong communication and negotiation skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Preferred Skills 1. End-to-end account management experience: Experience in managing all aspects of account management, from sales to delivery. 2. Strong network: Established network of contacts in the IT industry, including potential clients and partners. 3.
