About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire accounting and finance function of the unit
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and cost control initiatives
Supervise accounts team and ensure timely closing of books of accounts
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) preferred
Strong command over Tally / ERP and MS Excel
In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
