Senior Accounts Head

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Head / Accounts Manager with 10+ years of expertise in Accounts and Finance management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, and the ability to independently manage the entire accounts department while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete accounts and finance function of the organization.
• Handle GST filings, returns, and compliance.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and filings.
• Ensure finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliances related to accounting, tax, and finance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external agencies as required.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and systems to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven work experience in Accounts & Finance.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, finalization of books, and statutory compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP and other financial tools).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
