":" Job Title: Senior Accounts & Finance Executive (UK & India) Location: Pune, India Experience Required: 3\u20135 years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance for VE3 in both India and the UK . The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, experience in managing cross-border finance functions, and the ability to coordinate with external partners for tax, audit, and payroll compliance. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and growing business environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts for India in compliance with Indian GAAP. Coordinate with UK accountants to ensure UK entity books are aligned with reporting standards (UK GAAP). Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure timely month-end closings. Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and intercompany entries. Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards. Prepare P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for internal and statutory purposes. Reconcile accounts and support consolidation processes across India and UK entities. Accounts Payable & Receivable Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and customer collections. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers across both entities. Tax & Compliance Support India: Assist in timely GST, TDS, and ROC filings. Coordinate with statutory auditors and external consultants. UK: Liaise with UK accountants for VAT returns, PAYE, and Companies House submissions. Support UK payroll and tax-related documentation. Payroll Coordination Coordinate payroll processes for Indian staff using platforms like Keka. Validate payroll data and ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS). Collaborate with UK payroll partners to ensure accurate processing and reporting (PAYE, NI, pension). Audit & Documentation Support internal and statutory audits with accurate data and reconciliations. Maintain finance SOPs, audit trails, and compliance checklists for India and UK operations. Technical Skills Indian tools: Tally, Zoho Books, Keka UK platforms: Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent , or experience coordinating with UK accounting firms Solid knowledge of: India : GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, ROC filings UK : VAT, PAYE, NI, Companies House filings, Corporation Tax (CT600) Soft Skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with global teams Qualifications Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance Experience: 3\u20135 years in accounting, finance, and cross-border coordination Experience working with or managing accounting functions for both Indian and UK entities Benefits Be part of a dynamic and fast-growing global company Manage real-time financial operations for both the India and UK markets Learn and grow in a cross-border finance environment Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly, and supportive work culture Opportunity to scale your career in international finance and accounting ","
