Were looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to keep our GM operating at peak output every day. Youll manage schedules, priorities, admin, and special projects, making sure the right things happen at the right time. This role is the GMs command centre. Youll handle the moving pieces, protect his focus, and turn ideas into action. Youll build the systems, habits, and communication loops that keep him, and by extension, the entire business, moving fast and in sync. Youll need to learn fast, think ahead, and act decisively. Youll be exposed to every part of the GMs world, meetings, strategy, people, and projects, and help turn big vision into daily execution. Youll be the GMs right hand, keeping him focused, organised, and one step ahead. Youll run his calendar, inbox, priorities, and projects so he can focus on strategy and leadership. EXECUTIVE SUPPORT AND GATEKEEPING Own the GMs inboxes: Triage, reply, highlight only what demands his attention or drives decisions, and deliver short daily summaries of what matters. Orchestrate the calendar: Balance time zones, align priorities, protect strategic thinking time, and focus, and prevent overload. Turn meetings into momentum: Approve only what matters, prepare sharp agendas, capture clear action points. Handle travel, logistics and occasional personal tasks: Anticipate needs, remove friction, and keep every moving part on schedule. OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE Maintain delivery oversight: Ensure reporting reach the GM on time and reflect whats really happening. Track commitments: Monitor service levels and open actions and follow through so nothing slips through the cracks. Protect focus: Handle small issues fast and escalate only what truly needs executive attention. SYSTEMS AND ADMINISTRATION Keep systems organised and dependable: Oversee how files and records are maintained, ensuring everything stays structured, current, and easy to retrieve. Protect trust and integrity: Guard confidential data and enforce disciplined information handling. Keep systems sharp: Oversee how SOPs and templates evolve to strengthen clarity, consistency, and operational confidence, enabling our teams to work independently without relying on the GM for routine guidance. HR AND TEAM SUPPORT Coordinate people operations: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration so new hires are equipped and connected from day one. PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES Oversee cross-functional projects: Manage communication and timelines with partners, advisors, and internal teams to maintain momentum. Drive accountability: Monitor deliverables and close loops on delegated initiatives until outcomes are achieved. OVER TIME Youll evolve into a true partner to the GM, predicting priorities, solving problems before they surface, and keeping the business one step ahead.
