Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in compliance with applicable standards:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory regulations and amendments
Prepare and maintain records required for statutory filings and audits
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory payments
Bank & Financial Reconciliation:
Perform bank reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile vendor accounts, receivables, and payables
Support cash flow tracking and fund management
Audit Support: Assist in conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to internal control
Prepare schedules and documentation for statutory and tax audits
Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit queries
MIS: Provide support in preparing data for management decision-making
