Role Overview: We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, support financial operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with basic accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and records. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Manage bank reconciliations and petty cash. Assist with payroll processing. Prepare basic financial reports as required by management. Coordinate with external auditors and consultants as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books or similar). Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in a manufacturing or product development company is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
