Job Title:

Job Summary:

Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
day-to-day accounting activities
including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain
financial statements, reports, and records
in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage
monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
processes.
Ensure accurate and timely
GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
.
Assist in
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
.
Coordinate with auditors for
internal and statutory audits
.
Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and vendor payments.
Support management with
financial analysis and decision-making inputs
.
Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on accounting practices.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
.
36 years of experience
in accounting/finance.
Strong knowledge of
Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software
.
Thorough understanding of
GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
.
Excellent attention to detail and
analytical skills
.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
