Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, your role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining important financial and MIS reports, as well as tax returns. Your expertise in evaluating financial operations will help recommend best practices, identify issues, and strategize solutions for efficient organizational operations. Additionally, you will provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments - Offering advice on best internal control practices - Preparation of asset register - Ensuring the safety of the accounting information system - Verifying and reconciling contracts, orders, and vouchers - Monitoring compliance with accounting principles - Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors in financial entries - Providing advice on cost over-runs and potential penalties - Coordinating outdoor and inter-departmental activities - Managing correspondence, expenses, and billing cycles - Maintaining stock lists and ordering office supplies - Interacting with directors and carrying out their requests - Creating agendas and taking meeting notes - Assisting in purchase orders and invoicing - Experience in team handling and task assignment Qualifications required: - Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Your expertise in financial analysis and operations will contribute to the success of the organization.,
