Roles and Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department - Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements - Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts - Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts - Supervise and mentor junior staff members in the department - Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency - Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - CPA or other relevant certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
