Sr. Accounting Analyst

• Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Closing:

  Lead and manage closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliation:

  Manage and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

• Bank Reconciliation:

  Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure cash balances are accurately reported.

• MS D365 or ERP System Management:

  Utilize MS D365 or other ERP systems to manage accounting functions, including posting entries, generating reports, and analyzing data.

• Financial Data Review and Analysis:

  Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Knowledge of US GAAP:

  Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to US GAAP regulations.

• International Financial Knowledge:

  Manage accounting activities for different international regions, staying up-to-date with global financial regulations and tax laws.

• Tax and compliance Management:

  Tracking, preparing and filing various tax and other compliance reports within due date.

• Audit Support:

  Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

• Process Improvement:

  Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

What you’ve done:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT or ITES industry.
• Strong experience with MS D365 or other ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any similar ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and data analysis.
