Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including revenue analysis, general ledger, and month-end and yearend close processes for multi-facility financial statement.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with Generally
• Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP}
• Calculate producer commission payouts.
• Conduct detailed financial and variation analysis and provide recommendations to optimize revenue generation, cost control, and profitability
• Manage and oversee certain processes related to our managed service division. Analyze customer and project profitability and trends through bill rates, pay rates and other project costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient financial processes and internal controls, driving continuous improvement and mitigating risks
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas of improvement
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or variances in a timely manner Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to address any inquiries or findings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes, implementing best practices to optimize financial operations required.
