Senior Accountant (Walk-in drive at Silicon E-Solution )

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, managing audits, and supporting the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulations.
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Liaise with external auditors during audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Strong experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 6 to 7 years of experience in senior accounting or related roles
