Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Accountant to manage and maintain our financial records using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Generate financial r1eports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain inventory records and stock valuation in Tally (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
