Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive (Finance) Location: Koradi Nagpur Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager / CFO Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, including GST compliance, bank reconciliations, and accounting entries. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of Indian taxation, financial reporting, and accounting systems. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance. Conduct bank reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis to ensure accuracy. Record and verify day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.). Handle vendor and customer reconciliations . Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial statements. Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documents and clarifications. Monitor accounts payable and receivable . Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger entries and supporting documents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred. 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of GST laws and accounting standards . Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software . Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
