Senior Accountant

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Accountant who can manage our full financial process and also understands the power of modern tech tools like Tally Prime, Zoho Books, CRMs, and AI-based finance tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle accounting (payables, receivables, GST, TDS, income tax, etc.)
• Manage entries, reconciliations, and finalization of books using Tally Prime or Zoho Books
• Maintain & update financial records for online and offline sales (Amazon, Flipkart, B2B, B2C)
• Collaborate with cross-departments (sales, warehouse, procurement)
• Prepare reports, budgets, and handle audits
• Use or learn tools like CRM, Zoho, or cloud-based accounting platforms
• Keep data organized for CA, taxation & investment teams

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (M.Com or CA Inter preferred)
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting
• Proficient in Tally Prime, Excel, and cloud-based accounting tools
• Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Invoice compliances
• Comfortable working with new tech (Zoho, CRM, AI tools, etc.)
• Organized, self-driven, and responsible

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or Zoho CRM
• Working knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart seller portals
• Can analyze data using basic AI tools or dashboards
• Fluent in written & spoken English + Hindi
