Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant, your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Your key responsibilities will also include overseeing tax filings, GST compliance, and statutory audits. Additionally, you will conduct financial analysis and budgeting to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles. - Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. - Oversee tax filings, GST compliance, and statutory audits. - Conduct financial analysis and budgeting to support business decisions. - Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reporting. - Ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements and ledger accounts. - Implement cost control measures and financial risk management strategies. - Stay updated with financial regulations and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 7+ years of experience in accounting or financial management. - Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
