New Pankaj Electronics is a growing retail and distribution business in the electronics sector. With multiple branches, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are now looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage the financial health of our business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, GST, and tax compliance.
• Monitor and reconcile stock and inventory records across all branches.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory compliances.
• Conduct internal audits and identify discrepancies.
• Provide financial insights and advice to management for decision-making.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with branch teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant (experience in retail/trading sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of stock management and multi-branch accounting.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently with attention to detail.
