Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Jaipur. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting financial audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Duties include budget preparation, variance analysis, and providing insights for financial decision-making. The role involves supervising junior accountants, reconciling accounts, and liaising with internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial management, budget preparation, and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
Experience with financial audits and variance analysis
Excellent skills in supervision and team management
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
