Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant in the global Intercompany team, you will be responsible for executing intercompany processes such as settlement and reconciliation, transfer pricing, and service fee accounting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence settlement methods, maintain SLAs, and drive efficiency improvements. Additionally, you will provide guidance to regional teams, perform account reconciliations, support SOX control compliance, and contribute to special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Execute intercompany processes including settlement, reconciliation, and reporting - Manage transfer pricing and service fee accounting - Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Controllership teams - Maintain SLAs, performance targets, and measure performance - Partner with regional teams for local requirements and reporting - Identify automation and efficiency opportunities - Provide guidance and support to regions and business units - Perform and review account reconciliations - Support SOX control compliance - Contribute to special projects as required Qualifications Required: - CA/CPA/CA-Inter certification preferred - Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and accounting concepts - Experience in intercompany processing and accounting - Proficiency in financial systems and subledgers - Progressive accounting experience in a global environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Customer service-oriented with strong business acumen - Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines (Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
