Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll and compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts on a daily basis.
• Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices and follow up for payments.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in MIS reporting for management.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and HR teams for financial data.
• Handle vendor payments and maintain vendor records.
• Ensure timely closure of month-end and year-end accounts.

Tools & Software

• Accounting software (Zoho Books / Tally / QuickBooks preferred)
• MS Excel (advanced knowledge preferred)
• Zoho Payroll / Zoho People (added advantage)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or service industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GST/VAT and basic taxation.

Compensation

• Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
