Job Title: Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager

Location: Delhi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide business planning and decision-making.

Financial Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
• Develop and implement internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Financial Planning:

• Collaborate with senior management in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans
• Assess and evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital expenditure projects.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the company in financial discussions, negotiations, and meetings.
• Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategies to senior management and the board of directors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a CA
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally Software, TDS & GST norms.

As the Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the financial success of company.
