Job Title: Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager Location: Delhi We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide business planning and decision-making. Financial Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships. Develop and implement internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets. Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans Assess and evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital expenditure projects. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in financial discussions, negotiations, and meetings. Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategies to senior management and the board of directors. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a CA Proven experience in a senior financial management role. In-depth knowledge of Tally Software, TDS & GST norms. As the Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the financial success of company.
