Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

As an experienced candidate in accounting and finance, you will be responsible for various key activities including: - Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities on Tally and Excel - Efficient cash management and treasury operations - Assisting in finalization and IT return filings with the audit team - Attending meetings with audit teams - Managing general banking operations and interacting with bank officials - Invoicing clients based on agreed fee models - Generating MIS reports and conducting business analysis - Providing support to internal and external auditors, as well as other teams - Managing receivables, revenues, and team projects - Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business operations - Maintaining technology, billing, accounting software, and general office administration including coordination with multiple vendors Your qualifications and skills should include: - Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelors degree required, professional accounting qualification preferred) - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the financial services or banking industry - Experience in team management - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in financial management and process improvement.,
