Senior Accountant Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities efficiently and ensuring timely collections. Your role will involve generating and issuing invoices accurately, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proforma invoices, recording receipt entries, monitoring accounts receivable, reconciling customer accounts, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting regulations, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and issue invoices accurately and timely to clients - Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence related to accounts receivable - Prepare and send proforma invoices as required - Accurately record and process receipt entries into the accounting system - Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and maintain an up-to-date ledger - Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis and collection progress - Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and relevant accounting regulations - Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and effectively Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in accounting - Proficiency in English language - Ability to commute/relocate to Haryana, Haryana - Willingness to travel 25% (Note: Benefits include food provided, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
