As a Senior Account Manager in the Fashion Marketplace team, you will lead the growth and performance of high-impact marketplace brands and distributors, contributing to the overall success of Namshi's business. Your pivotal role involves strategic planning, data-led decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the commercial strategy and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Account Ownership: Take full ownership of high-value brands and partners, leading strategic planning, performance tracking, and commercial negotiations for strong monthly and annual growth. - Joint Business Planning: Develop structured business plans with top accounts, including goal setting, investment alignment, marketing collaborations, and performance reviews. - Category Growth & Assortment Expansion: Execute category expansion strategies by identifying assortment gaps, benchmarking competition, and ensuring a relevant product mix. - Partner Development & Onboarding: Identify new brand opportunities, lead negotiations, and onboard strategic partners to enhance Namshi's fashion offering. - Customer Experience Optimization: Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and content teams to ensure a seamless customer journey through high-quality product displays, imagery, pricing, and stock availability. - Revenue Monetization: Drive new revenue streams through marketing initiatives, brand visibility, collaborations, and campaigns. - Mentorship & Collaboration: Support junior team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and align on business priorities for successful execution.
