Senior Account Manager( Male Manufacturing Unit)

Core responsibilities

• Client relationship management: Act as the primary point of contact, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Client advocacy: Understand client needs and work with internal teams to ensure their requirements are met.
• Problem resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
• Account growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and overall account expansion.
• Contract management: Manage contract renewals and negotiate agreements with clients.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to deliver on client needs.
• Reporting and analysis: Collect and analyze client data to report on account status and inform strategy.
