Senior Account Manager

HONYLITE Group estd. in 2009, is a premier manufacturer of several types of laminated composite panels specializing in honeycomb panels. Our custom laminating and extensive material knowledge helps to provide our customers with infinite composite panel possibilities.

Location - Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Industry - Honeycomb Sandwich Panels for Railways, Aerospace and Export market.

Salary – INR 25,000 – 35,000 / month

Ensure proper accounting on a day to day basis for Cenvat and Revenue Recording in accordance with the policy laid down by company, statutory laws and as per directives issued by the management from time to time. Support the department in completing all accounting responsibilities and prepare all records and reports in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for General Accounting

Book Keeping

Handling taxation

Record Cenvat Entries on Imports, monitor Cenvat balances

Understand and ensure all GST related compliances are completed on time.

Support Internal/Statutory/SOX Audits

Record revenue, clear GS/IS clearing account on daily basis.

Reconcile revenue numbers, Taxes and duties.

Prepare Sales Register and support indirect tax return filing and assessments.

External: Statutory / Internal Auditors

Internal: Plant Management, Tax Department & DBU

Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Commerce with 3+ years accounting experience in similar accounting field.

Working knowledge in areas of accounting and finance. Working knowledge in the areas of Cenvat Rules. Indirect Tax, Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

Good numeric skills. Detailed oriented with ability to check and interpret documents. Analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Strong IT literacy - MS Office, Accounting packages, and Tally. Fluent written and verbal English. Work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
