Senior Account Executive

• Lead the audit preparation of yearly financial statements, ensuring they are compiled in the prescribed audit format. Coordinate the submission of all required financial documents and reports to the auditors. Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, responding to queries and providing clarifications as needed to facilitate the smooth finalization of accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements. Support statutory compliance activities, including timely filing and payment of TDS, GST, PF, and ESI, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and vouchers
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks (journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation)
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-up and queries
• Ensure timely data entry into accounting systems (e.g., Tally, Excel)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 5 Years experience in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
• Experience in GST, TDS Filing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
