Senior Academic Writer

As a Senior Academic Content Writer at CBI Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will be responsible for leading a team of writers specialized in Management-related academic content. You will supervise and guide the team to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of assignments, case studies, and research reports. Your role will involve allocating tasks, monitoring deadlines, and mentoring new and existing writers to enhance writing standards and research accuracy. Additionally, you will liaise with project coordinators to meet client requirements and handle escalations efficiently while maintaining quality and turnaround time. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide a team of academic content writers focusing on Management and Business Studies. - Review and ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of assignments, case studies, and research reports. - Allocate tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. - Mentor and train writers to improve writing standards and research accuracy. - Implement quality control checks and provide constructive feedback. - Liaise with project coordinators to meet client requirements. - Handle escalations efficiently while maintaining turnaround time and quality. - Maintain team performance metrics and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Team Lead or in a similar leadership/editorial role. - Deep understanding of academic writing standards, plagiarism checks, and citation formats (APA, Harvard, MLA, IEEE). - Strong knowledge of management concepts and business writing. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Word and content management tools.
