Senior Academic Counselor

About the Role
Techoftheday is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will guide prospective interns and students through our course offerings, provide them with the information needed to make informed choices, and support them throughout the admissions process. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and academic teams to align with program goals and deliver a seamless, engaging learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective interns/students on course offerings, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Maintain and manage student databases, leads, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all queries related to academy programs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in promotional activities.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights to enhance course offerings and marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing orientation sessions, webinars, and other student engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education or business administration preferred).
• Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or student support is a plus.
• Positive attitude and confidence in managing calls.
• Awareness of current trends in AI, technology, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
