Position: Senior Academic Counselor

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Location: Trivandrum/Kochi

.Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students about Digital Marketing courses, career growth, and job opportunities in the industry.
• Guide students and parents with accurate information on program details, career scope, and placement support.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets through effective student engagement.
• Maintain quality interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement team to ensure student success.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Academic Counselor (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Awareness/knowledge of Digital Marketing careers, industry demand, and opportunities is required.
• Should maintain a quality profile with a proven record of counseling success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,601.60 - ₹30,645.78 per month
