Senior Academic Counselor

Role Overview: You will be a Tele caller / Academic counsellor joining our team in Thrissur. Your primary responsibility will involve interacting with customers via phone calls, providing information about products or services, and resolving any issues they may have. Your strong background in telephone-based customer support and lead generation will be crucial in guiding students through their academic journey, from counselling to final admissions. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to contact potential or existing customers and inform them about products or services. - Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. - Handling inbound calls by responding to customer inquiries about products, services, or complaints. - Maintaining a positive and professional tone during all calls. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling customer calls and inquiries. - Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Professional, approachable, and confident personality. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively and respond with clarity. - Must be fluent in English and Malayalam.
