JOB DESCRIPTION: To make enhanced outbound calls in order to reach out to new candidates and explain them the benefits of courses provided like PHP framework, .NET framework, CMS tools - Magento, Digital Marketing, WEB designing, Software testing etc. and to provide information on the various courses. To generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads for other sources and referrals and to convert walk-in into registrations To counsel students regarding the latest technologies / competencies pertaining to IT domain and to establish and maintain good rapport with prospective students To create database of existing and new candidates and to monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes. To contribute to revenue generation at the branch.
