Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Academic Counsellor located in Noida. The Senior Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing academic guidance to prospective students, assisting them in choosing appropriate courses, and supporting them throughout their learning journey. Daily tasks include conducting student assessments, delivering presentations on course offerings, maintaining detailed records of student interactions, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in academic counseling, student assessment, and educational guidance
• Knowledge of online learning platforms and educational technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certification in counseling or education is a plus
