As a Content Developer for Aptitude Courses at Mission CAT, you will play a crucial role in creating, curating, and enhancing learning material for Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Your focus will be on designing content that simplifies concepts, engages learners, and helps them excel in CAT and related exams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop high-quality concept notes, questions, explanations, and tests for CAT and other aptitude-based exams like XAT, NMAT, and SNAP. - Design video lecture scripts, slides, and supporting content to aid faculty in recording sessions. - Create chapter-wise question banks covering a range of difficulty levels from basic to advanced. - Update existing content to align with the latest trends and difficulty levels seen in CAT exams. - Collaborate with graphic/video teams to enhance the visual appeal of the content. - Contribute to the creation of mock tests and sectional tests with detailed solutions. - Research new question types and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all learning materials. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Graduation or Postgraduation in Engineering, Mathematics, English, Management, or Economics. - Strong grasp of concepts in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and/or Verbal Ability. - Proficiency in written English and logical reasoning. - Previous experience in CAT teaching, content creation, or the test prep industry is advantageous. - Ability to create learner-friendly explanations and structured learning paths. - Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Slides for content creation.
