Assistant Faculty + Content Developer

You will play a crucial role as a Content Developer for Aptitude Courses at Mission CAT, a leading platform for CAT and MBA entrance preparation. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality learning material in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Here are some key responsibilities you will be entrusted with: - Developing concept notes, questions, explanations, and tests for CAT and related exams - Designing video lecture scripts, slides, and supporting content for faculty recording sessions - Creating chapter-wise question banks of varying difficulty levels - Updating existing content to align with the latest CAT trends - Collaborating with graphic/video teams to enhance visual appeal - Contributing to mock test and sectional test creation with detailed solutions - Researching new question types and innovative teaching methods - Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all learning materials To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, English, Management, or Economics - Strong conceptual understanding of Quant, LRDI, and/or VARC - Excellent written English and logical reasoning skills - Prior experience in CAT teaching, content creation, or test prep industry is preferred - Ability to design learner-friendly explanations and structured learning paths - Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and Slides for content creation Mission CAT offers you the opportunity to collaborate with top mentors and educators in CAT preparation, work in a creative and collaborative environment, and gain exposure to digital education and online learning systems.
