We are expanding our academic content team to create engaging, concept-driven, and exam-oriented content for CAT and other aptitude-based exams.

Role Overview:

As a Content Developer for Aptitude Courses, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and improving learning material in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. You’ll work closely with faculty, video production teams, and academic heads to design content that makes learning effective, structured, and engaging for aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality concept notes, questions, explanations, and tests for CAT and related exams (XAT, NMAT, SNAP, etc.).
• Design video lecture scripts, slides, and supporting content for faculty recording sessions.
• Create chapter-wise question banks ranging from basic to advanced difficulty.
• Update existing content based on latest CAT trends and difficulty levels.
• Collaborate with graphic/video teams to make content visually appealing.
• Contribute to mock test and sectional test creation with detailed solutions.
• Research new question types and develop innovative teaching methods.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all learning materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Mathematics / English / Management / Economics.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Quant, LRDI, and/or VARC.
• Excellent command of written English and logical reasoning.
• Prior experience in CAT teaching, content creation, or test prep industry is preferred.
• Ability to design learner-friendly explanations and structured learning paths.
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Docs / Slides for content creation.
